Agama-Dharamsala

Agama is derived from India and Tibet, and they call it themselves as "the most esoteric and potent forms of Yoga" - a very spiritual approach which also offers the mechanisms behind Yoga.

Agama has many yoga studios in the world, e.g. in Thailand or Germany (see http://www.agamayoga.com).

The course is mainly based on donation, but a kind of minimum donation, which is quite moderate (Rs 350/day), and even cheaper if prepaid for a week.

Agama-Dharamsala does not offer accomodation, but recommendas a couple of guesthouses nearby.
