Dharmasala is known for its strong spiritual connection and its beautiful nature, experience Hindu and Tibetan temples, waterfalls, hot springs, and lakes. In the heart of the tallest mountain range in the world, the Himalayas, one is really able to explore the magnificence of the area while exploring the depths of the inner self. We train our students in the Ashtanga style, teaching not only asana, but also; meditation, kriyas (cleansing process), pranayama, and use of bandhas.

Our head teacher,Yogacharya Aryan, is a highly trained and experienced yogi. Beginning his practice of yoga and meditation at a very young age, he has continued this path for more than half his life. His experience and certification include; studying and teaching at Sivanada Ashram, studies at the Gurukul University. He is an Indian Government Certified Teacher of Hatha Yoga, and Naturopathy, Meditation, and Reiki Master. Aryan school is Registered with Yoga Alliance International.

We offer teacher training at both the 200 and the 500 hour level, this training provides a powerful tool to produce confident yoga instructors. The rate for a 200 hour course is 1,400 USD, which does not include accommodations or meals. Please contact us for more details about the 500 hour training. We also offer courses in Meditation, NLP, and all levels of Reikii.
