Ashtanga Rishikesh Louise Ellis
Louise Ellis is certified by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. She is based in Rishikesh, North India, in the Topovan area of Laxman Jhula and will be teaching traditional daily ashtanga classes and workshops there on a regular basis when not traveling. The classes are generally in the Mysore style with the exception of the Friday guided class. Saturdays and moon days off. A minimum commitment of 2 weeks is required for newer students. A month or more is highly recommended. Traveling ashtangis with a regular practice are always welcome.
