AYM (Astanga Yoga Mandiram) is an international organization for yoga science. The aim of the Institute is to provide education on yoga science (Astanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga) and spread the knowledge through out of the world. AYM aims to provide classes on Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Kriyas, the regional language Malayalam, Sanskrit, Vedas and Upanishads.
