Atma Darshan Yogashram

Established in 1979, Atma Darshan Yogashram (ADY) is one of the oldest yoga centers in Bangalore.

The Yoga style is Satyananda Yoga - derived from the name of the founder of the Bihar School of Yoga Paramahamsa Satyananda. This is also why this school calls themselves the "Southern Branch of Bihar School of Yoga".

Classes are in different parts of the city, at Koramangala, Ulsoor Lake, Brigade Millennium and at IBC Knowledge Park (near Dairy Circle), so that you will mostly find one center not too far away.

There are regular classes and weekend classes, and the Ashram life.

Life inside the Ashram is organised in a very traditional way - from the wakeup call at 5 AM till the lights turn off at 9:30PM. You should stay at least 14 days.
