At the Badri Yoga School we pride ourselves on educating local and foreign students in the disciplines of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama.
Our teaching method is structured to ensure each student receives individual attention and guidance to best support the advancement of their practice.
We lead two sessions of Mysore Style Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga daily 6am - 8am and 5pm - 8pm (no classes on moon days or on Sunday afternoon).
There is great diversity amongst the students – a wide range of ages, men and women, some local and some foreign, some decade long students of Badri and some just starting their first class.
All are, and feel welcome.
