Chandra Yoga International (RYS 200/500) offers Yoga Alliance, USA registered Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC) at three locations in India, including the Ganges River in Rishikesh, the Himalayan foothills of Dharamshala and the beautiful beaches of Goa.
TTC Program 7 - 8 hours a day. (6 days per week)

07:00 to 08:00 - Morning Meditation,Chanting & Pranayama
08:00 to 08:30- Tea Break
08:30 to 10:30- Yoga Asana Practice
10:30 to 11:30- Breakfast
11:30 to 13:30- Lecture (Yoga Principles / Philosophy / Yoga Sutra / Sanskrit / Mantras)
13:30 to 15:00- Lunch / Rest time
15:00 to 16:45- Lecture (Human Biology and applications / Ayurveda / Traditional Yoga Texts) / Karma yoga
16:45 to 17:00- Refreshing time
17:00 to 19:00- Yoga Asana Practice including teaching Practicums
19:00 to 19:30- Rest time / Free time
19:30 to 20:30- Dinner time
20:30 to 22:00- Self Study
22:00 - Lights off

Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels students.
Anatomy and Physiology
