Drishti Vinyasa Yoga - A True Yoga Practice
Drishti Vinyasa Yoga is an open Vinyasa style of practice which is founded by Drishti Rajeev. Drishti includes two main parts of practice - 1st is on-the-mat training, 2nd is mental practice, which applies in daily life.
Drishti Yoga courses are mainly following the traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Anusara Yoga and Yin Yoga traditions.
Following list are the courses which are currently conducted at Drishti Yoga:
- 220-hr Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training - intensive Vinyasa yoga teacher training based on Sri Krishnamacharya (Father of Modern Hatha Yoga) tradition.
