Harmonic Healing

Located on the beautiful beach of Patnem, in Southern Goa, our center provides the relaxing and healing atmosphere for all of our guests. We are surrounded by coconut trees, jungle areas, and stretches of stunning white sand beaches. At Harmonic Healing we believe in coexisting peacefully with ourselves and our natural surroundings and promote Eco-tourism and sustainability.

Here at Harmonic we offer a plethora of retreats, classes, and treatments to help ensure the needs are met of every person who visits our healing center. In addition to yoga we offer Reki, massage, chiropractic care, Vortex Healing, facials, dance classes including Bollywood, Katie Byron “The Work,” pamper days, and a variety of other services depending on who we have staffed or visiting us, as guest facilitators often come through our center using the space for their programs.

Our regular yoga classes are in the style of Vinyasa Flow, using the breath to guide the students through a series of postures, gradually building heat, strength, and stamina in the body, then gradually relaxing the pace until the class finishes. We often have guest teachers in a wide variety of styles including but never limited to; Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
Our daily classes are open to anyone interested in dropping in and take place every morning from 9.00am - 10.30am and in the afternoon from 4.00pm - 5.30pm. The cost of these courses is 350/RS per class, or we offer a class card of 6 classes for 1,800/RS.

Our facilities consist of two beautifully located yoga shalas, a restaurant, and several massage huts. We have two luxury huts on-site and work with a number of local accommodation providers to provide suitable accommodation for our yoga holidays and retreats.
