Himalayan Yoga
Himalayan Yoga is guided by Yogi Ram who has been giving regular yoga seminars, workshops and yoga retreats across India and internationally. Our aim is to preserve the authentic traditional values of yogic discipline and to share these with pure intention. You will experience the wisdom of traditional hatha yoga. Everybody who wants to improve their quality of life with awareness, self-study and light is very much welcome to our school. Kindly be aware that Himalayan Yoga prefer to entertain requests from people who are really serious in their approach and attitude, willing to learn and treat Yoga as a source of Mystic Knowledge passed from generation to generation, and pursue it with devotion and dedication.
