YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE 250 Hr (Dec – Jan)
This course is for anyone who would like to become a professional teacher of classical Hatha Yoga. One month yoga teacher training program to experience the intensive and spiritual teachings and practices of traditional Hatha yoga - with more emphasis on breathing (Pranayama), awareness (focus on asanas), meditation and yoga philosophy.
Those new to yoga or simply wishing to deepen their own practice are also welcome to our course. We start from foundation level then intermediate and advance level. Students in the course will learn both traditional and modern methods of yoga like how to do body alignment in asanas, teaching methodology ,Philosophy of yoga & life, meditation , pranayama etc… we have a team of masters who are expert in different areas of yoga & spirituality will heartily share their knowledge in the course.
Our yoga ashram located in Kerala (close to Kochi –countryside ) south India. We created a beautiful platform in a peaceful country side village, where you can explore your knowledge and practice. We provide our students with the perfect environment to immerse themselves deeply into the study and practice of traditional hatha yoga. During the course period the weather is perfect for practicing yoga with days warm and cooler nights.
This four week residential course is based on a traditional way of teaching, as well as applying modern methodology to challenge body/mind limitation. We provide food and accommodation in ashram and study under the tutelage of a master teacher. The aim of our teaching is to prepare students to be competent and confident yoga master whilst guiding them to deepen their own understanding of yoga and its practical application in everyday life.
ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE -250 Hr ( Next Feb 2017)
Our Advanced Yoga Teachers’ Training Course is 4 week unique professional course is designed for only the most serious and dedicated yoga teachers and aspirants. The student of this course should be a regular practitioner of basic Hatha Yoga. The course aims to emphasize a deeper understanding of classical Hatha Yoga, incorporating a 75% practical and 25% theoretical course structure.
YOGA THERAPY COURSE – 250 Hr (Next Feb 2018)
This is a four-week residential course for certified yoga teachers. The course offers a basic understanding and integration of yoga therapy. It consists of the application of yogic principles, methods and techniques for specific human ailments. By the end of this course students will have sound practical and theoretical knowledge and confidence for healing and handling the different diseases and general health issues plaguing humanity today. .

Upon successful completion of the course, each student will receive a diploma in their area of study. Our diploma is a highly valued and internationally recognized certification presented by International Vasishta Yoga Research Foundation.
