Sun-Jeevan Yoga is therapeutic restorative yoga. It is a lineage that combines classical Hathayogic Postures and the use of props and equipment, with modern medical science to assist in the prevention and cure of disease and ailments. With a consultation and treatment prescription process, a team of dedicated Yoga therapists will assist your healing and general health development. Our treatment is given in the form of regular morning and evening classes as well as residential intensive course for patients outside Pune.

Our method is simple and easy to learn. It can be practiced by all regardless of age sex, religion, nationality and health status. We believe quite simply that Yoga is for the benefit of all. It is a fun process, one of which you will never tire. We use props and equipment to assist the practice and to allow you to free yourself from any perceived limitations. We operate alone a definitive set of principals designed to enhance general well being, heal any existing health issues and prevent any future imbalances.

Sun-Jeevan Yoga is taught primarily Kabir Baug Math Sanstha in Pune. We have 5 branches around India and one in Canada. Additionally we run a yoga college also here in Pune. Our college intake runs for 2 years and covers Modern medicine, Ayurveda and Yoga both theory and practical.
