We offer a range of options from everyday classes, corporate programs, women’s fitness, on-line services and collaboration with other centres and medical professionals.
Kaivalaya Yoga Institute offers teachings of almost all forms of Yoga. Learn Yoga-asanas (postures), Pranayma, Meditation, Power of Mantra chanting, Suryanamaskars (Sun-salutations), Vedanta and Vedas. We are dedicated to traditional teachings derived from ancient Vedic wisdom and focus not only on cure but also the importance of prevention. Lifestyle modification is one of the primary elements to our therapy with a holistic view of mind and body. Our team of expert practitioners combine Western Medical Science and Eastern-healing techniques to assist with personal guidance on all health related issues and increasing quality of life.
Our other services include but are not limited to Ayurveda facility and treatments including massage, yoga as a therapy to be used along side medical treatment, allopathy treatments, personal tuitions of Yoga/Ayurveda/Massage as well as various work-shops and Seminars. We offer online consultations and yoga sessions via video conferencing and/or broadband connectivity on the Internet. We take yoga to schools for children and pre-natal & post-natal classes are also available.
