We practice Yoga, including Asana-postures, Pranayama-breathing, Mudras-gestures, Positive Affirmations and Meditation. The morning class is dynamic, mixing styles up and sometimes accompanied by music. Followed by lots of deep relaxation and calming practices using Restorative postures for the afternoon session.
All suitable for beginners and for yogis wishing to deepen their practice.
Lunch is an abundance of delicious Detox 'Clean' Food. In fact everything that you eat and drink over the 3 days will have numerous health benefits. Full Power Green juices, Coconut Water, Hot Lemon Water & Herbal Teas are included as are detox supplements to boost your cleansing.
There are daily workshops on diet, lifestyle & health, which are informative and motivating, such as
'Alcohol - is it working for you?'
On the Wednesday you will have chance to experience ' A Vipassana Taster' and the retreat will be ran in silence from 12pm to 5.30pm. It is amazing.
You may design your own perfect retreat and add as many Holistic Treatments* as you wish. Reiki, Reflexology & Crystal Healing Therapy are offered by a dream team of experienced and talented therapists. We are here to pamper,treat and support you so that you leave here feeling the best version of you!
