We are committed to bringing comfort and individual attention to our visitors, we only take 3 people into our center at any one time, so you can guarantee your classes will be an intimate and beneficial experience.
Founder, owner, and teacher, Mathew is Indian born traveler who spend many years traveling the world, interacting and experiencing a wide range of people and cultures. He attended many Vipassana meditation retreats and is also a certified yoga instructor. His vision is to provide a space for travelers to come and relax, get away from the city, and deepen their practice. Here at our center we provide Yoga Holidays programs and Yoga Retreats, we also provide a specially designed course for people who are beginners at Yoga and a gently course for Elderly People. We aim to accommodate the needs and desires of our students to reach their goals of going within themselves to learn what yoga and meditation mean for them.
We include 3 meals a day for all of our guests with delicious, healthy, and traditional food from Kerala. We also offer tours and trip to many nearby attractions including; safari parks, spice gardens, tiger reserve, and much more.
