Param Yoga Centre has a firm belief system when it comes to teaching yoga. We provide a friendly and understanding environment for the study and practice of Holistic Yoga that is tailored for the individual. Our primary centre is located at "Ramya" Ashiyana Park II, Opp. Gaikwad Petrol Pump in Aundh, Pune. We also teach at additional locations around Pune.
We offer a range of study options from weight management and fitness yoga to kid’s yoga and pranayama training. A consultation and counseling service is also on offer to allow you to further extend the benefit from your practice or study. We run regular weekly classes or ‘batches’ as well as a range of workshops to attend. Longer courses and teacher training options are also available. For the more in depth courses such as our 5-month holistic Yoga Teacher Training we offer distant learning programs. Please contact us for details.
With a selection of about 13 teachers, there is bound to be something here suitable for you as an individual. Each teacher is compassionate with sound knowledge of the body and its functions. Our classes are fun and enjoyable without lacking any depth or care. We believe the results are better when one enjoys the practices and that as long as you can breath, you can do yoga regardless of age or health status.

Our consultation and counseling service as mentioned above is a unique aspect to our centre. We offer the service for stress, depression and anxiety, personal development, relationship issues and study effectiveness. Discussing your problems or concerns with us will assist you to develop an understanding of your problems and, in turn, find means to deal with them.
