At Santhi School of Yoga and Vedanta Studies, we believe in living our yoga. We invite our students into our home, and our family takes care of them, preparing home cooked sattvic meals.

Santhi School of Yoga and Vedanta Studies is a non-profit organisation and we enjoy giving back to society. All our proceeds go to our Yoga school operation, its upkeeping, community work and charities. We invite all our students to become part of our family and social activities.

YOGA TTC
We provide a 1-month intensive teacher training certificated course (TTC) in the Hatha Yoga Sivananda Tradition. Our TTC is aimed at students who are ready to take their yoga practice to a deeper and more advanced level.
The training includes Kriya, Pranayama, Asana, Mudras, Bandhas and Meditation, as well as Yoga and Vedanta philosophy, anatomy, and Bagvat Gita.

YOGA CLASSES
We provide daily morning and evening asanas classes on drop in basis. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. Each person will be assessed and trained according to their individual level - we pay attention to each and every student.
Our yoga classes are from the Hatha tradition as taught by Sivananda. Many of our enthusiastic students from all over the world have gained results far beyond what they hoped for.
