Apart from this, general yoga training is conducted for 4 batches every day from Monday to Friday - Morning 6.30 to 7.30 am, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 8 pm. Popularly known to all as, Yoga for Slimming with special stress on reducing extra weight, cholesterol and triglycerides, the program also aims to shed extra fat in and around the waist and buttock area. SYPMC is also well known for its artistic and dynamic yoga along with coupled yoga. Coupled yoga is husband and wife or partner based practice of Yogasanas together in a pair.
