Vinyasa Sattwa Yoga? What is the meaning of this kind of Yoga and what is the benefit

Vinyasa Sattwa Yoga is gentel flow of asanas and breathing (pranayama) and traditional mantra`s (Bija Mantra). This Vinyasa Sattwa Yoga balances the three kind of bodys (gross, astral, causal).

Swara Hatha Yoga:

Swara= "Sound of one's own breath" is written in a conversation between Shiva and Parvati.

Swara Yoga has a particular effect on the nervous system, regulating breath / prana flow through the nadis to harmonize hatha / sun and moon energies (pingala & ida nadi) to transcend duality and open sushmina nadi. Gaining intimate knowledge of one’s breath can even reveal past, present & future. Swara Hatha Yoga is the science which uncovers this previously unknown process.

Techniques, Training and Practice:

Herein we practice asanas, pranayama, mantras, meditation and kriyas and give an analytical training of how to teach and practice the techniques by discussing key poses in different asanas, form and function, similarities and differences, alignment practices etc.

Asanas

We teach ancient traditional hatha yoga asanas, to open the nadis (nerves) mind and spirit. The aim of asana is to release these knots. Asanas release mental tensions by dealing with them on the physical level. The body becomes full of vitality and strength and the mind becomes light, creative, joyful, balanced and calm. We will teach correct practice of multiple asanas, their Sanskrit names, teaching methodology, adjustment, correction and therapeutic benefits.

What kind of Pranayama we are teaching:

Prana has two aspects:

1. Cosmic and 2. Individual. Cosmic prana is very subtle and can only be perceived by the infinite mind, but individual prana related to the body is grosser and more tangible. In the order of creation, prana emanates from the unmanifest reality known as hiranyagarbha, the golden womb or egg. Our teaching of pranayama develops awareness of the manifestation and existence of prana within our own being so that we can come to realize its cosmic propensity.

Mantra Yoga Sadhana

According to Samkhya, one the schools of Hindu philosophy, the very first element that manifested itself in this plane was sound and that the element of sound itself originated from Lord Shiva’s Drum. Sanskrit mantras are energy-based sounds that have the power to vibrate and resonate throughout the entire body. Sound travels five times more efficiently through water than through air, and as the human body is comprised of more than 70% water, it is therefore an excellent conductor for both sound and vibration. The regular practice of mantras balances the agitations of manomaya kosha.

Every sunday there is Yajna yoga in the evening time with a puja with mantras, breathing techniques and offerings.

Every Saturday evening mantra sadhana.

Anatomy & Physiology:

Herein you will not only learn about the physical anatomy of the human body but get a broad overview into the yogic system of Gunas, Tattwas, Koshas, Nadis, Vayus, Chakras, Kunadlini etc.

Yoga Philosophy:

The study of yoga philosophies and traditional texts (such as the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali, Shiva Sutra, Tattwa Shuddhi, Vedanta & Upanishads) yoga lifestyle, such as the eight limbs of Asthanga Yoga with the precept of non-violence (ahimsa), and the concepts of dharma and karma and finally the value of teaching yoga as a service and being of service to others (seva).

Practicum:

Finally you will practice teaching as the lead instructor, receive and give feedback, observe others teaching or assist other teacher trainees.

Ayurveda

This TTC also entails weekly ayurvedic excourses of (ayurvedic philosophie), based on the ayurvedic knowledge and body anatomy with yoga science and relaxing massages for recovery.
