Our intensive Yoga Teacher Training courses and Yoga/Ayurvedic retreats are being offered in beautiful venues a few miles up river from Rishikesh town, amidst natural beauty; but within easy walking distance of temples, shops, river boats, swinging pedestrian bridges and plenty of cafes serving delicious food!
Yoga / Ayurveda Retreats and Teacher Training courses will take place at a peaceful ashram owned by a long established ayurvedic family and other venues within a ten minute walk from the Ganges River, forested hillsides, walks in nature.
Ayurvedic retreats include massages, vedanta class, ayurvedic consultation, yoga & meditation and excursions. You can come for from a few days to three weeks.
The Yoga Teacher Training will take you deeper into your yoga journey, and help you to successfully apply the spiritual teachings of yoga to your life, and to the lives of your students.
The teachers are Maggie Levien (Manorama) and Yogi Yogendra. Both teachers are fully trained at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavla, India. Manorama is the Director of the Yoga Alliance International, for Spain. Spirit of Yoga is registered with the Yoga Alliance International and the Yoga Alliance International Europe.
