We are proud to be one of the founding contributors and participants in the Maharishi Yoga Vihar Foundation (MYVF), an collaborative organization started in 2007 to help spread yoga in its traditional form as a Charitable Yoga Organization, which is Registered under the Indian Government. This program is a working organization to help poor children in India and organizes yoga, ayurveda workshops, Yoga TT programs, and yoga retreats internationally.

Our resident instructor and cofounder of the MYVF, Sushil Yogi, is a highly trained and experienced yogi, who is extremely passionate about his role in the worldwide spread of yoga. Sushil's areas of yogic expertise include; Traditional Patanjali Ashtanga, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha, and Basic Ayurveda.

At our location in Goa we offer a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour yoga teacher training program at the rate of 950 Euro including 2 meals a day, training materials and certificate, and a voucher to receive 5 Ayurvedic massages.

We also offer spiritual tours around India, as well as yoga programs at our other locations in Dharmashala and Rishikesh.
