Turiya Yoga is in a new Ayurvedic Centre beautifully nestled between coconut trees only a 3 minute walk from Patnem beach, South Goa. This is where we enjoy the calming sounds of the waves and the sea-breeze as it dances through the palm trees. It has a large and comfortable yoga hall ( equipped with high quality prop) and also offers Ayurvedic treatments, soothing massages and delicious vegetarian yogic meals!
Our Yoga Teacher Training 200-hour program is certified by Yoga Alliance, offering even more than what this Organization requires. The training is designed to offer a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, turning sincere practitioners into teachers with safety, integrity, self-confidence & joy. The Certification is respected Worldwide and you will be assessed/ evaluated throughout your whole stay with us. Once graduated, you are fit to start teaching either in your home country or wherever you decide to travel.
You can look forward to meeting teachers from India and the west who are sincere practitioners of Yoga. They offer real experience, knowledge, open-heartedness and an honest interest in sharing with others.
