Surrounded by the jungle, just minutes from the beach, you will experience a variety of approaches to the spectrum of yoga, covering asana, pranayama, meditation and other practices, all designed to bring health to every aspect of your being, while simultaneously giving you the chance to turn inward and leave behind the constant outward stresses that urban life throws at us all.

When not practicing, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Goa. Swimming in the sea, sunbathing, wandering among the palm trees, or spending many happy hours sitting down with an excellent cup or ten of masala chai, are just some of the options available. Bernd Windhofer has been committed to a daily yoga practice since 2001, being fortunate enough to have trained with teachers such as Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci, Hamish Hendry, and A G, Ganesh and Indra Mohan, primarily in Australia, London and India. His passion is sharing the incredible transformative power that an authentic yoga practice brings to all aspects of life.
Kasia Stryczniewicz brings an inexhaustible enthusiasm for life and a gentle but firm touch to all her teaching. She has taught and practiced different forms of yoga, including astanga and vinyasa flow, in the Bahamas, Canada, London and Poland, working extensively with Mark Darby and Hamish Hendry in her own practice. Her primary focus is the individual needs and development of the student.
