Vimoksha Yoga offers a 20 days, 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. We follow Sivananda Hatha Yoga style and the Iyengar style as well. We believe yoga instructors should be knowledgeable about prominent contemporary styles of yoga and for that reason, all of our trainings also explore and teach other styles as complementary to the Ashtanga method like Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative /Yin Yoga,. Study of these methods ensures our program produces the most knowledgeable, well-rounded yoga instructors in the industry.
Students completing the course, receive a 200-Hour teacher-training certificate from Yoga Alliance USA or UK.
