Travel to Munger first for Mantra and Meditation (participate in Navaratri Chanting and experience Ajapa Dharana - a meditative system utilising breath, mantra and visualisation).Then travel to Rikhia, first enjoying Guru Bhakti Anusthan (the celebration and commemoration in honour of Swami Satyananda) and then taking part in the in-depth Chakra Sadhana (using chakra focus during asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and sound sessions). And finally Prana Vidya (a system to realise and expand prana for healing and spiritual awakening).
