Our instructors come together from all around the world, fusing East and West philosophies and practices in order to create an extremely beneficial practice for people on every level of physical, mental, and spiritual health. Focusing primarily on the traditional style of Hatha Yoga, we uphold a level of standard and tradition which knows no religious boundaries and is accepting of all backgrounds.
At Being Peace we have regular hour long classes offered in the form of Hatha Yoga Basics, Guided Meditation, Structural Yoga Training, and Ladies Only classes. On the weekends, we provide 2 hour long classes for those who want to go deeper into their practice. We also offer gentle yoga classes for the elderly 3 times a week, half hour in length. and also pre- natal sessions , beyond the first trimester,
Off site corporate yoga is offered and can greatly benefit any company and its employees by training people to release stress at their workplace with desk yoga.
