Our Yoga therapy classes are based on practices from Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Kriya’s along with various pranayama and relaxation/meditation techniques. Besides practice sessions, we also conduct theory sessions to explain about therapeutic & philosophical aspects of Yoga.
Yoga classes are designed and conducted by trained Yoga therapists and instructors from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Sansthan.
