- On routine intervals we conduct special workshops in group of minimun 2.
- Duration of each workshop is 1 hour.
- We usually conduct workshops in morning sessions.
- Venue for workshop session varies for each session (We usually decide to conduct sessions in a pollution free open space.
- Our session includes Basic Course(Essential Yoga) and Advanced Course(Power Yoga)
- Our courses comprises of Breathing Exercises(Pranayama), Asanas(Excercises) and General Meditation lessons, which is required in daily life for a healthy living.
