You will feel quite relaxed under the Dauladhar Mountain and in the Kangra Valley region. The average height is around 1457 meters. The nearest airport is the Gaggal airport that is an hour drive away from Dharamsala. By air you can reach Dharamshala using the Jagson Airlines. Also several bus services offer transport from Chandigarh, Delhi, and Shimla. Each night various buses connect the McLeodGanj with Majnu Ka Tila where the Tibetan Refugees reside. The nearest broad gauge railway station is at Chakki Bank in Pathankot. This is three hours away from Dharamshala.
Under Mahi Yoga Training Center you can participate in a certified Yoga Teacher Training course. There are some shorter courses of around 200 hours and then longer courses run for 3 months and are around 500 hours long.
