> Suklapaksam - a 14-days yoga retreat program that last a life time:
A 14 days program from new moon to full moon. This program is designed for all levels. If you are a beginner, this program is a strong fundamental introduction. If you are a daily practitioner, it will be a great session with advanced asanas and pranayamas. Meet an Ayurvedic physician - have a talk about the system of Ayurveda and how it works. Diagnose your constitution and change your life style according to that. This 14 days program starts with a Agnihomam (fire ceremony).
Then everyday we have 2 sessions of yoga from morning 7:30 - 9:30 and afternoon 4:30 - 6:30.
6:30 - 7:30 Dinner time.
8:00 - Silent Meditation
8:30 - Bhajans
9:00 - Readings
> Yoga Nidra - a 7-days stress management program for the IT professionals:
The program is happening in the lap of the rainforest in the Western Ghats in Kerala, South India.
