Yoga Classes at Shwaas:
Taking from the Sri Krishnamacharya lineage, particularly on the vinyasa form of Yoga, Shwaas brings to you, VIN-YOGA, yoga in a novel form.
By creating several new renditions of the classical asana movements and integrating these with conscious breath flow, and at times even chanting, Vin-Yoga, makes asana practice both dynamic and interesting. Further, it brings together the practices of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation to form a complete and holistic experience.
The classes focus on improving the yoga practitioner’s efficiency at asana and pranayama practice while simultaneously ensuring that one gets a perspective to the classical form of yoga, which was originally conceived more for understanding our true nature & thereby experiencing bliss & peace of mind.
The personalized classes are on a one-to-one basis & Group Classes are also offered.
