Bodhi Tree Yoga International ® offers registered in Yoga Alliance 200-hours Teacher Training Courses in three amazing locations in India:

Arambol (Goa), Dharamshala and Rishikesh (Himalayas). All of them are intensive 30-days residential programs.

Starting early morning with Pranayama and Meditation we are working almost the whole day till gentle Asana Practice & Relaxation in the evening.

Each day begins at 6.00 am and finishes around 6.00 pm.

During the day students have one long lunch break and few smaller breaks for tee and healthy snacks. Breakfasts we are eating together after morning session of Yoga.

The program consists of lectures, practical workshops and other activities (discussions, group activities, silent walks, karma yoga). Every Saturday there is only Asana practice and time for self-studies and Sundays are free.

We would like to invite all students – beginners and advanced practitioners; those who would like to teach and those who just need to improve and deepen their self-practice.

Kriyas– theory and practice; benefits and contraindications, techniques and practical tips: Jala Neti, Sutra Neti, Shankhaprakshalana (Langhoo Shankhaprakshalana), Vaman Dauti (Kunjal Kriya), Kapalbhati, Trataka

Bandhas – lecture & practice: Jalandhara Bandha, Moola Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Maha Bandha
