At the center Vedaguru will practice yoga every morning with the master Gobalakrishnanan. Classes are held at open space or yoga in front of the lake. The lesson will begin with the practice of postures (asanas), then the breathing (pranayama), and finally the practice of visualization (dharana) and meditation (dhyana)
The course covers various body purification kriyas, various warming up excercises, simple breathing excercises (pranayama) and meditation.
