TWO SESSIONS DAILY
8:30am: Asana practice based on the teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Energetic yet suitable for all levels, you will be led through a fluid series of postures using the thread of the breath as a guide.
4:30pm: Gentle, restorative style class, with flowing postures, calming breathing and guided relaxation.
Tue/Fri 10:15am: Pranayama and Chai. Yogic breathing, mantra, meditation and a delicious cup of chai!
Private tuition available on request, including designing a personalised practice, specialised yoga for women, building a pranayama and meditation practice, and primer courses for complete beginners.
Kids and family classes are also available.
KASIA & BERND have taught and practiced extensively
