Yoga is the union of the mind, body and soul through the medium of the breath. A good and dynamic yoga program under the guidance of an experienced teacher allows the body to stay healthy and fit. At my centre, I offer dynamic yoga sessions to foster healing, health and peace.
I have 2 yoga centres, at Camp and Dorabjee Paradise in Wanorie, NIBM road. Classes are held in the mornings and evenings. Between 9 am-11 am and 5 pm to 7 pm.
